- 1 1/2 lbs Stew Beef
- 1 Pkg Onion Soup Mix
- 1 Can Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup
- 2 tbsp Habby Jacks warm Summer Night Hot Sauce
- Vegetables of your choice
- Pepper to taster
Method:
Place the stewing beef in the bottom of a large casserole dish. Sprinkle with the onion soup mix. Add vegetables (carrots, turnip, celery, peppers, onions-whatever you like). Add golden mushroom soup mixed with ¾ can of water. Cover, and bake in the oven at 300o for 3 hours. Thicken gravy before serving.
This can be prepared ahead of time and set your timer on the oven.
It tastes like you stayed home cooking all day.
Serve with your favorite beverage!
