- 2 Pork Tenderloing
- 1/2 Cup - Habby Jacks Hot Plum Crazy plus extra for dippong.
- Spices of your choice
Method:
Baste Hot Plum Crazy Sauce on your tenderloin adding other spices of your choice. Place in baking dish in the oven at 400° F for 40 minutes. At 20 minutes, re-baste with sauce over the tenderloin and place back in the oven for the remaining 20 minutes. Remove from oven. The temperature inside should be 160°. Re-baste and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
Place a little extra Hot Plum Crazy Demi-Glace/Dipping Sauce on the side for dipping.
This goes great when served with wild rice, pasta, roast potatoes and a vegetable medley of your choice.
