- 1 Fully cooked bone-in ham
- 1/2 Cup Habby Jacks Hot Plum Crazy Demi-Glace
- 20 Cloves
- 1 Beer of your choice
Place the ham in a roasting pan with the fat side up and score in a diamond pattern, cutting about ¼ inch deep. Insert the cloves. Pour beer over the ham, cover with tin foil and bake at 325° for 2 hours. Baste with Hot Plum Crazy every 30 minutes. Remove from oven, re-baste, and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
Place a little extra Hot Plum Crazy Demi-Glace/Dipping Sauce on the side for dipping.
